Draft for legal review. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and must be before the site launches.

This policy explains what personal data Outreon ("we") handles, why, and your rights. Outreon is operated by [company legal name, registered address]. Contact: [email protected].

Two roles

When we call businesses for a client, we process data on that client's behalf (we are a processor; the client is the controller). For our own website, demo requests and marketing, we are the controller.

What we collect

Phone line type (landline or mobile)Carrier lookup (Twilio)To follow US calling rules
Call recording, transcript, summary, outcomeThe callTo give the client the result and improve the script
Opt-out requestsYou, on a call or onlineTo never call that number again

Service providers

Retell AI (voice calls, transcription), Google (business search), Twilio (line checks), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). [Add locations and transfer safeguards.]

How long we keep it

Call data is kept while the client's account is active and deleted [N] days after it ends, or earlier on request. Opt-outs are kept permanently so we keep honouring them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU and UK under GDPR, Israel under the Privacy Protection Law, or US states such as California), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to marketing. Write to [email protected]. To stop calls, use the opt-out page.
